Shanghai Alumni Network

If 15 alumni donors make a gift of $10 or more to their designated funds, a generous alum Lei Feng (HZ’06), Founder of OpenPie, will contribute an additional $3,000 to CMU.

With Shanghai’s cosmopolitan flair and its role as a global business and cultural hub, the CMU Alumni Network here moves at an energetic pace, bringing together entrepreneurs, creatives and professionals who want to push boundaries while staying connected to the Tartan identity.

We call on our Shanghai Tartans to participate in Giving CMU Day to power this network, support incoming Tartans and continue shaping a thriving alumni presence.

As one of the foundational chapters in CMU’s China footprint, our Shanghai network offers events that reflect both local and global sensibilities, innovation forums, arts and design showcases, professional mixers, leadership talks, casual meetups at riverfront cafes and mentorship opportunities. Together, we aim to raise visibility for CMU’s impact, both in China and on the world stage.
