Join CMU’s Middle Eastern community in their initiative to bolster and grow the Arabic Studies Program within the Department of Languages, Cultures and Applied Linguistics.
The Arabic Studies (AS) program at Carnegie Mellon University offers a robust and expanding array of language and culture courses, and supports a Minor in Arabic Studies. Over the past eight years, the program has experienced significant growth, doubling student enrollment and tripling the number of course offerings.
As educational demand and interest in Arabic Studies increases, the recently established Arabic Studies Innovation Fund provides eager students with innovative ways to study and interact with Arabic languages and cultures. We invite you, our Middle East Tartans, to join this Giving CMU Day initiative to help advance opportunities for valuable, educational intercultural experiences at Carnegie Mellon.
