Beijing Alumni Network

If 15 alumni donors make a gift of $10 or more to their designated funds, a generous alum Bo Zheng (CS10) will contribute an additional $7,000 to CMU.

Beijing is rapidly emerging as a central node in the CMU alumni world, uniting more than 800 Tartans across generations in a city that’s both steeped in heritage and surging forward in innovation. From alumni fresh out of CMU to senior leaders, our Beijing community thrives on reconnecting, learning and celebrating all things CMU.

We invite all Beijing Tartans to rally behind Giving CMU Day, to deepen our local fellowship and unlock new possibilities for current and future CMU students.

Our network’s activities reflect Beijing’s unique mix of tradition and modern energy, courtyard café gatherings, gallery strolls, academic salons, startup roundtables, hikes in the hills just outside the city and lively dinners. With your continued involvement, we can expand this community even more, forging stronger ties and providing richer opportunities for alumni, students and families!
