CyLab’s picoCTF is the world’s biggest high-school hacking competition, featuring capture-the-flag (CTF) hacking puzzles created by trusted computer security and privacy experts at Carnegie Mellon University. In addition to the annual competition — which last year attracted over 18,000 participants worldwide — picoCTF provides free cybersecurity education resources as well as open source CTF goals via picoGym, a non-competitive platform where curious minds can sharpen their skills. With over 800,000 active users around the world, picoGym is changing the landscape of cybersecurity education by making the field accessible to people at all levels of education and experience.
Your gift to the picoCTF Fund on Giving CMU Day ensures that picoCTF and picoGym will remain free and accessible to all, while also growing our impact and supporting the annual competition’s operations, prizes and awards and outreach.
