For more than a decade, Carnegie Mellon University in Africa has trained creative and technically-strong engineers in fields like artificial intelligence, digital health interventions and cognitive robotics.

By framing their research through the lens of their continent’s societal norms and cultural considerations, the faculty and students at CMU-Africa are developing solutions to global problems in a uniquely African way.

Join a panel of CMU-Africa faculty for a discussion about this groundbreaking research.
