The Nursing Cultural Immerson Fund expands students’ global perspectives through hands-on, cross-cultural healthcare experiences. Established by alumna Barb Kassmann, this fund provides nursing students with opportunities to:
- Engage in immersive healthcare experiences in diverse communities—both local, nationally and internationally.
- Develop cultural competency, an essential skill in today’s global healthcare landscape.
- Participate in service-learning initiatives, applying their knowledge to real-world settings while making a meaningful impact.
