Hello, I am William Pledger, a first year medical student from Tampa, Florida. One reason I chose Campbell University over other medical schools is for their Community Care Clinic (CUCCC), a student-run clinic that provides free healthcare to locals unable to afford such services. This clinic is an unparalleled learning environment for me and my fellow students, and allows us to serve our neighbors. The CUCCC is funded entirely through charitable donations, with its most significant fundraiser being the annual Mr CUSOM show. I am glad to participate in the event this year, and am asking if you would consider making a financial investment as we continue to provide care for the less fortunate in our community.
