Hello everyone! My name is Matthew Baker and I am from the town of Dallas in North Carolina. I love being outside, playing music, and reading. I am incredibly excited to participate in this, perhaps slightly unconventional, Mr. CUSOM pageant. I did not realize my medical school curriculum would involve dance choreography, but it has been the best opportunity to connect and laugh with other classmates while also advocating for underserved people in our area. Mr. CUSOM is directly connected with the Campbell University Community Care Clinic (CUCCC), a student-run clinic that provides free healthcare services to those in the area who are unable to afford it. Everything the clinic uses comes from donations, so please consider financially backing the CUCCC so that it may continue to fight for the people of Harnett County.
