About

In celebration of the Pfau Library Chess Club and its founder, Dean Emeritus, Cesar Caballero, the CSUSB Library is fundraising to build a Pfau Library Chess Patio on the deck of Pfau Library. Funds raised in this campaign will help us purchase new furniture and new chess tables for the deck on the south-east side of the Pfau Library. With this new patio we want to create an inviting outdoor space that helps support the Pfau Library Chess Club that our Dean Emeritus, Cesar Caballero, was so passionate about leading and mentoring. We hope this dedicated patio will help support our campus chess players and help grow and nurture future chess members. With your donation, you can help support and grow the Pfau Library Chess Club with a dedicated and inviting space for our campus chess community.
