Elevate CSUSB Athletics!

As proud supporters of the CSUSB Athletic Department, we have an exciting opportunity to elevate all of our programs to the next level!

Celebrating Recent Success

We are thrilled to share that all 10 of our athletic programs have enjoyed remarkable success, propelling them into the regional and national spotlight. This achievement is a testament to the relentless dedication of our student-athletes, coaches, administrators, and supporters like you.

The Need for Continued Support

To maintain this upward trajectory and provide our athletes with the best resources for training and preparation, we need your help.

One of the most critical aspects of a student-athlete's preparation for competition is their strength and conditioning program. The primary goal of our strength and conditioning department is to develop a comprehensive yearly plan that guides student-athletes in enhancing their physical and mental readiness for the demands of competition.

The Challenge Ahead

Currently, we are using equipment and technology that no longer aligns with our ambitious goals. To address this, we are launching a fundraising campaign to acquire state-of-the-art Velocity-Based Training Devices.

Why Velocity-Based Training?

  • Future of Strength and Conditioning: This technology allows student-athletes to objectively measure how fast they are moving weights during exercises.
  • Optimized Training: It enables strength and conditioning coaches to prescribe accurate loads based on daily performance, helping athletes train more effectively.
  • Benefits: This approach can significantly increase speed and power while reducing the risk of injuries.

Make a Difference

By investing in our new Velocity-Based Training Units, you will not only support the strength and conditioning department but also contribute to all 10 athletic programs on campus as they pursue their championship aspirations.

Your generosity will make a tangible difference in the lives of our student-athletes, empowering them to chase their dreams and excel both on and off the field.

Join us in making this vital investment for our athletes!
