Support the Health Justice Fund!
The Health Justice Fund will be used to assist students without access to medical care with the ability to have procedures, medications, prescriptions, services, and/or equipment made available to them at a reduced cost. The funds will help us to offer a higher level of care to students who utilize services at the Student Health Center and Counseling & Psychological Services.
Why It Matters:
As the prices of tuition and life in general are increasing, we strive to ensure that we can meet all the medical and mental health-related needs of our student body. Since our student population is typically underserved and underrepresented, students have an increased need for access to medical and mental health-related care. Though we strive to offer all services and medications at the lowest costs available, students still struggle to pay for basic services and medications. Our goal is to raise funds that will allow us to increase our current free support to students and offer low or no-cost medications, prescriptions, procedures, services, training, equipment, etc.
