Black Faculty, Staff and Student Association

The CSUSB Black Faculty, Staff, and Student Association exist to cultivate a supportive atmosphere, promote cultural awareness and provide resources for the community and in support of our Black students. BFSSA commits to supporting Cal State San Bernardino in expanding its outreach within the community, increasing representation on campus, and providing equity across Faculty, Staff, and Student areas.

The mission of the Black Faculty, Staff, and Student Association is to represent the interests of Black students, faculty, staff, and administrators and to support the university's academic mission.

BFSSA creates programs and activities that will:

• Develop and maintain a community of support (e.g., networking, resources, etc.)
• Provide student scholarships
• Contribute to the cultural development of the campus community
