Gifts to Dreamers Dream Big Project contribute to...
Welcome to our OttersGive campaign for the Dreamers Dream Big Project, an initiative led by our passionate team of students. Our mission is to create transformative opportunities for undocumented students in our local area, providing them with essential college information and resources to pursue higher education and realize their dreams.
In partnership with CSUMB crowdfunding, we are dedicated to raising funds for a project that is much more than a campaign; it's a movement toward educational equity and empowerment. The funds raised will support informative workshops for students and school counselors, facilitate a Campus Experience Day, and enable outreach efforts that build awareness and support for this cause.
Our project is designed to:
- Educate and Empower: Through workshops and resources, we aim to inform undocumented students about their opportunities for higher education, inspiring them to achieve their fullest potential.
- Enhance Campus Experience: Organizing a Campus Experience Day will give students a firsthand look at college life and demystify the higher education journey.
- Support College Students Building Leadership Skills: This project is led by Service Learning students who are passionate about learning how to support undocumented students and building initiatives.
