Gifts to Confidence Is a Skill—Help Us Teach It! contribute to...
The Confidence Collective is a workshop series designed to help CSUMB students build confidence, professional skills, and authentic connections that last beyond college.
Guided by chef, entrepreneur, and community-builder Hollie Jackson, the program creates spaces where students practice networking, communication, goal-setting, and resilience, while actively bridging the gap between young professionals and industry leaders. Students learn that confidence is something you build, not something you’re born with.
Your support during Otters Give ensures students have access to mentorship, hands-on learning, and a community that reminds them they belong at the table.
