Gifts to Elevate College of Business Students, the Leaders of Tomorrow contribute to...

Student clubs are a vital part of the College of Business experience. Through clubs, students build leadership skills, professional confidence, and a sense of belonging—often discovering their voice and career direction along the way. Our student clubs support a wide range of interests, including Accounting, Finance, Agribusiness, Hospitality, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. These organizations host industry speakers, attend conferences, compete in case competitions, and create peer-led learning communities that extend education beyond the classroom. Gifts to the College of Business Student Clubs Fund help remove financial barriers that limit participation. Your support ensures that students can access leadership opportunities, professional networks, and hands-on experiences that prepare them for success after graduation.

All university programs and activities are open and available to all regardless of race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin. As Day of Giving comes to a close, I want to thank everyone who has supported student clubs today. Your gift strengthens the experiences that help students build confidence, professional identity, and lifelong connections. Student clubs are often where leadership skills take shape and where students discover what they are capable of achieving.
If you are still considering a gift, there is time to participate before the day ends. Every contribution matters.
With appreciation,
Suzanne Zivnuska, Ph.D.

Dear Friends,
Thank you to everyone who has already supported College of Business student clubs today. Your generosity is helping students lead, connect, and grow. Student clubs create spaces where students practice teamwork, build professional skills, and engage with industry leaders. These experiences are especially important for first-generation students who may be navigating professional environments for the first time. If you haven’t yet had a chance to give, there is still time today. Together, we are investing in leadership, community, and student success.
Warmly,
Suzanne
94 days ago by Susan ManganDear Friends of the College of Business,
Today is CSUMB’s Day of Giving, and I invite you to support the student clubs that help bring learning to life in the College of Business. Our student clubs—ranging from Accounting and Finance to Agribusiness, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing provide leadership development, professional networking, and a strong sense of belonging. For many students, clubs are where confidence grows and careers begin. Your gift helps fund guest speakers, conference participation, competitions, and student-led initiatives that extend learning beyond the classroom.
Thank you for supporting our students and their leadership journeys.
Warm regards,
Suzanne Zivnuska, Ph.D.
Dean, College of Business
