As Esports continues to grow, we are raising funds to ensure our student athletes have the best possible experience. Your generous support will directly benefit our players in the 2026–27 season by helping cover the cost of travel, equipment, and team gear.
Since our launch five years ago, BVU Esports has expanded to over 80 students as of Fall 2026—and we’re just getting started.
Last season, our teams achieved remarkable success: James Cheney was named Rookie of the Year and First Team All-Conference in the Midwest Valley Esports Conference (MVEC) for Super Smash Brothers Ultimate, Landon Demoss was named First Team All-Conference in MVEC for Overwatch, Eight teams qualified for the National Esports Collegiate Conference (NECC) national tournament with two finishing top four, Three teams won division championships in either NECC or Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC), and academically, more than 40 players earned spots on the BVU Dean’s List or received MVEC, NECC, or ECAC All-Academic honors.
