"On behalf of Bucknell Women's Soccer, we are grateful for the unwavering support we receive from our alumni, parents and friends. The impact of your generous contributions on One Herd One Day and throughout the year echoes in our program's ascent to 7-time Patriot League Champions. Your vital role has propelled us to new heights, ensuring a first-class Division I experience for our student-athletes. Together, we'll continue to compete for championships, fueled by your commitment and belief in our program. Thank you for being the driving force behind our success." - Head Coach Kelly Cook
No Bucknell team has seen more success in the last 10 years than Kelly Cook's women's soccer program. The Bison won back-to-back Patriot League championships in 2016 and 2017, and then they surpassed that feat by winning three in a row from 2021-23. The 2024 squad won the outright Patriot League regular-season title with a 7-2 record, but Bucknell’s quest for a “Four Peat” ended in cruel fashion with a 10-round penalty kick shootout loss to Boston University in the tournament final. Despite that heartbreak, that will go down as one of the most dominant four-year stretches in league history. The 2025 season was a bit of a reset after heavy graduation losses, including a couple of Patriot League MVPs in Teresa Deda and Katie Schiano, but the Bison will return the bulk of their starting lineup along with a highly regarded recruiting class next fall. Off the pitch, women’s soccer continues to be one of Bucknell’s top-performing teams academically. The Bison combined for a 3.62 GPA last fall, with nine student-athletes achieving perfect 4.0s.
