Gifts to Men's Tennis contribute to...

"The unwavering support we receive from our alums, parents and friends of the program is truly invaluable to Bucknell Men's Tennis. Your generosity fuels our student-athletes' endeavors, making possible essential aspects of their journey such as challenging matches and state-of-the-art training tools. Your contributions play a pivotal role in elevating the overall experience for our team and positioning us to vie for another Patriot League championship. Your commitment and support are appreciated and you are an integral part of the Bison Men's Tennis family. Go Bison!" - Head Coach Jason Cohen
After flirting with a Patriot League championship, the Bison broke through and won the crown last spring with a thrilling victory over Navy in front of a large home crowd at the Varsity Tennis Courts. The team then made its first NCAA Tournament appearance and put up a strong showing against fourth-ranked Virginia in the first round. An outstanding junior class has paved the way, as Amar Tahirovic, Adam Stavrakas, Oscar Bain Moreno de Vega, and Brendan McDonald have plastered their names across the record books. McDonald has broken the Bucknell career doubles wins record, and Tahirovic has broken the combined singles/doubles wins record and is within range of the singles record. Tahirovic was nationally ranked in the fall, when he played in three high-level national ITA events, highlighted by a run to the doubles semifinals with McDonald at the ITA Conference Masters Championships in San Diego. This year's Patriot League Championship will be hosted by Lehigh on Apr. 23-26. Thanks to a donor-funded facility enhancement, all of the home outdoor matches at the Varsity Tennis Courts are now live streamed, so be sure to check out this outstanding team this spring.
