As a program, we have recently been using this quote and focusing on the true meaning of teamwork and having support on and off the field. Each of our 34 players brings something special and unique to our team and the strength of each is the team.

I see OHOD as another opportunity to unite our larger lacrosse 'team,' and energize our families, alumni, friends and fans.

Head coach Jackie Dando's women's lacrosse team has made significant strides over the last few seasons, and the Bison got out to a solid 4-2 start in 2025. Bucknell competes in a strong league that features three teams ranked in or just outside the top-25 nationally, and in each of the last two seasons a couple of close road losses have cost the team a postseason berth. Led by senior Allie Boyce, who is nearing the school’s all-time goals record, the Bison are looking to get back into Patriot League Tournament position this spring. Women's lacrosse is annually one of Bucknell's top-performing teams academically, and last fall was no exception, as the team combined for a 3.50 team GPA.
