Gifts to Women's Golf contribute to...

"I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the crucial role our alumni, parents and friends play in the success of Bucknell Women's Golf. Your support on One Herd One Day is instrumental in enabling our student-athletes to travel, compete and prepare for the Patriot League Championship. Thank you for your ongoing support as we strive for success both on the course and in the classroom this spring season." - Head Coach Laura Tyler-Cook
Head coach Laura Tyler-Cook is in her third full season in charge of the Bison women’s golf program, and the team has continued to set scoring records since her arrival. In the fall of 2024, Bucknell finished in the top three in the team standings in its first four tournaments and in the top six in all five. The team established a new school record with a 307.7 scoring average in the fall of 2023, and it was not far behind this past fall. The Bison did break 18- and 36-hole school records for score in relation to par with a 301-295 (+20) at Youngstown State’s tournament. Junior Paige Richter is a two-time All-Patriot League performer, and freshman Sophia Bardunias has been the top player in the spring, highlighted by a top-20 finish at the Jackrabbit Invitational in Las Vegas. The program also continues to excel academically, as the group combined for a stellar 3.64 GPA last fall.
