Gifts to Men's Golf contribute to...

Mike Binney's men's golf team has been tournament contenders on a week-in, week-out basis over the last several years. In Binney's 10-year tenure, the Bison have won six regular-season tournament titles and five individual titles, along with a host of players who have qualified for prestigious offseason events such as the U.S. Amateur Championship. The next step for the Bison is to get back into contention for a Patriot League championship in a highly competitive field. This year’s squad is young, with a pair of promising freshmen in Jack Hartman and Patrick Pritsios leading the way. Hartman opened the 2025 spring campaign with rounds of 72-69-66 at the Loyola Invitational in Arizona. Sophomore Hayden Quinn was the top performer in the fall with four under-par rounds, a 72.6 average, and two top-five finishes. The Bison will have home course advantage for the 2025 Patriot League Championship, which will be contested at the Bucknell Golf Club Apr. 25-27. The men's golf team is historically strong academically despite challenging travel schedules, and the 2024 fall semester was no different as the Bison compiled a 3.51 team GPA.
