Tyler Hagstrom’s volleyball squad continued to make major strides and achieve new milestones this past fall. In 2022, the Bison finished 15-11 overall and 8-8 in the Patriot League for its most wins since 2006. In 2023, Bucknell again won 15 matches but upped its league record to 11-5, good for a tie for second place in the Patriot League, and the Bison hosted a conference tournament match for the first time since 2000. Patriot League Libero of the Year Jordan Hardy earned an All-Region Honorable Mention from the AVCA. Sidney Shaffer was named the Patriot League Rookie of the Year and Catherine Jamison joined Hardy on the All-PL First Team. It was the first time the program received multiple major awards since 2000. Hardy and Jamison also made the Academic All-Patriot League Team as the Bison combined for a strong 3.41 team GPA last fall.
