The creation of the Rhodes School recognizes the central role the arts and humanities play in Bridgewater’s liberal arts mission to educate the whole person and graduate engaged citizens.
The school includes the following departments:

- Department of Music
- Department of Philosophy and Religion
- Department of Sociology
- Department of World Languages and Cultures
The Rhodes School also houses the Screamin' Eagles Marching Band and eSports.
