Founded on April 9, 1990, Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority, Inc. ΣΛΓ uplifts the motto, “Culture is pride, pride is success.” The Omicron chapter of Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority, Inc. is an active member of the Multicultural Greek Council, whose membership offers its students opportunities for hands-on service to causes and bring education to our fraternity and sorority community about pressing issues.
Contributions to Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority, Inc. enhance a wide range of initiatives, including but not limited to, student support; educational programming; leadership development; conferences and conference travel; reimbursements for building amenities and upgrades purchased by the University for common spaces as coordinated and approved by Residence Life; and speakers fees, training materials and venue rental for training. All disbursements must have an educational purpose.
