Trustees Leadership Scholarship - The BGSU Board of Trustees Leadership Scholarship was established to award scholarships to BGSU students who exemplify leadership potential and to demonstrate the support of one of the University’s priorities in promoting a culture of leadership across campus.
Administrative Staff Council Scholarship - Last academic year, administrative staff members provided seven $1,000 scholarships to deserving BGSU students who are committed to leadership and service on campus and in the community. Bridge to BG Gap Scholarship Fund - The Bridge to BG Fund helps those students most in need make up the difference between financial aid and the cost of tuition.
The Excellence fund for Bowling Green State University - For more than a century, Bowling Green State University has been creating public good by driving the educational, cultural, and social and economic vitality of the region, state, nation and world.
Your gift to the Excellence Fund provides critical and immediate support to address areas of greatest need at BGSU. These funds give the university the flexibility to act quickly and decisively when the unexpected arises, as well as strengthen ongoing programs – reinforcing BGSU’s ability to be a public university for the public good.
BGSU Hillel Program Support Fund – Support to BGSU Hillel Program Support Fund provides support and a gathering place for Jewish students on BGSU’s campus.
BGSU Tour Guide Scholarship – BGSU Campus Tour Guides promote the University for prospective students, their families, and other guests. Through these guided tours of campus, Tour Guides share their BGSU story, academic and campus life experience, as well as the history and traditions of the University.
Dance Fund - The Dance Minor at BGSU is designed for students who wish to combine their interest in dance with another major area of study. Dance minors train and refine technique across multiple genres, develop skills in pedagogy and choreography, and gain performance experience through the annual main stage dance concert.
The Dance Fund supports student travel to dance conferences and meetings, equipment for technique class training, and support for guest teachers and choreographers to work with dancers on campus.
Classified Staff Council Scholarship – The Classified Staff Council Scholarship is offered annually to selected classified staff employees and/or their spouse or dependent(s) that are currently enrolled at BGSU and have a minimum 2.5 grade point average.
Collegiate Chorale – The Bowling Green State University Collegiate Chorale is the university’s flagship choral ensemble, representing the College of Musical Arts. Composed of talented student musicians, the Collegiate Chorale performs a diverse range of choral repertoire, spanning from inspiring classics to contemporary works. Known for its high-level performances and artistic excellence, the ensemble is dedicated to engaging audiences through authentic and thoughtful interpretations of music. This year’s tour will take the group to multiple venues throughout Ohio, Tennessee, Indiana, and Kentucky, providing opportunities for musical growth, university ambassadorship and recruitment, and lifelong memories. Falcon Flight Team – The BGSU Falcon Flight Team is a competitive flying organization that competes regionally and nationally with NIFA (National Intercollegiate Flying Association). To empower our student organization to have success in these competitions we rely on generous donations from family and friends. This allows us to pay for lodging, transportation and practice. Willie “Yo” and Dr. Pamela Cross Young Scholarship Fund Supports Ohio students in teacher education programs with financial need, a GPA of 2.5–2.9, and a record of campus or community involvement. Applicants must share how they’ve overcome (or are working to overcome) social, economic, educational, or cultural challenges. Unlock a $2,500 gift!
