Women's Rugby

About

The BU Women’s Rugby Club competes during the spring and fall in the Northeast Women’s Rugby Conference. In the fall, we play 5 matches in the RNE DI Division and during the spring we compete in 5-7 tournaments across the National Collegiate Rugby league and outside tournaments. None of this would be possible without the generous donations and support for our team! All funds raised go towards attending tournaments, travel expenses for these competitions, and equipment, helping us to keep rugby accessible for new players and allowing us to continue sharing the game and the community it comes with! At the end of this November, we hope to compete in Cianci’s 7s tournament that we have participated in the past few years, we hope your generosity can take is there.

Three years ago, we were able to send our team to Dallas, TX for nationals and we hope to have a chance to compete at this level once again at the end of the spring season. As we reflect on our history and the alumni events we held last year, we want to express how especially thankful we are for any contributions to our club and how much we appreciate your part in championing our future!

Thanks to a generous challenge donor, the first $25 from each unique alumni donor will be matched dollar-for-dollar. Additionally, up to $1,000 in bonus funds will be awarded to the top three clubs with the most donors at the end of each day of the campaign. Help us win big by making your gift during Terriers Together!
