Women's Basketball 26-27

The Bethel University Women’s Basketball program is built on five core values that guide who we are and how we operate. These values shape our decision-making, influence the young women we recruit, and define how we represent Bethel University both on and off the basketball floor.

• Unity — We put the team above ourselves, building trust, communicating well, and committing to one another.
• Servanthood — We look for ways to serve our teammates, coaches, university, community, and ultimately Christ.
• Humility — We value others, accept coaching, take responsibility, and understand that our success is bigger than any individual.
• Thankfulness — We recognize that every opportunity is a gift. We choose gratitude in both success and adversity and appreciate the people God has placed in our lives.

This year, we have chosen the word "Identity" to focus on throughout the season. First, we want each young lady to understand and embrace her identity in Christ—to know who she is because of whose she is. Second, we want to establish and live out our identity on the basketball floor as a team: who we are, how we play, and what we want to be known for.

Above all, we desire to honor our Savior, Jesus Christ, in everything we do. We want our lives, our relationships, and the way we compete to reflect Him and bring glory to God.

The funds we raise will directly support our women’s basketball program by helping provide team gear, offset travel expenses, and cover meals for our student-athletes when the Dining Hall is closed during school breaks. These contributions will help ensure our players are equipped, supported, and cared for throughout the season.
