We believe that a quality eduation from a Christian perspective is needed now more than ever. But if students pay tuition (and a lot of tuition!) why do we raise money?

Student tuition only covers a portion of the cost of higher education as we know it today. Beyond providing the basics like instructors, housing, and dining, universities are now expected to provide additional services to students. Things like intramurals, dorm activities, mental health care, safety features, and campus traditions all fall into this category of additional expenses.

As a Christian university, we are alo highly committed to providing things like chapel speakers, mentoring, mission trips, service opporuntities, Bible studies, and more.

Your gifts help bridge the gap that tuition does not cover. Every dollar we raise goes toward providing all these things while lowering the cost of student tuition and offering things like athletic and academic scholarships to help more students make Bethel possible.
