Berklee City Music enables youth from underserved communities to develop musically, academically, socially, and emotionally, primarily through the study of contemporary music and the performing arts.

With over 30 years of music education programming and engagement in the Greater Boston Area, Berklee City Music Boston is an out-of-school, student-centered music and performing arts educational organization with a holistic approach for training musicians and artists by building leaders and fostering community. By encouraging innovation, collaboration, and community, we help young people become confident and well-rounded individuals ready to shape the world.

Support Berklee City Music Summer and College Scholarships:

Berklee City Music offers two scholarships to attend Berklee programs. The City Music Summer Scholarship is a tuition scholarship to attend Berklee’s Aspire: Five-Week Music Performance Intensive. The City Music College Scholarship, available to eligible high-school seniors, is a partial- or full-tuition scholarship to Berklee College of Music; it's a highly competitive merit- and need-based scholarship.

Since its inception, Berklee City Music has awarded scholarships to more than 2,000 students to attend the Five-Week program as well as hundreds of full- and partial-tuition Berklee College of Music scholarships.
