Named after Bentley’s first woman president, Gloria Cordes Larson, the Center for Women and Business (CWB) is a global catalyst for empowering women+ to lead and innovate. As a women’s+ leadership organization, the Center addresses inclusion challenges at the individual, institutional, and systemic level while applying a gender equity lens to core business principles. Through diverse programs and strategic partnerships, it cultivates and creates thriving communities where all genders thrive.
