New head coach, Kevin Walsh, led Bentley's Women's Swimming and Diving team to another 2nd place finish at the 2026 NE10 Championships.
Looking forward to next season, he's identified several goals and equipment needs that will have a significant impact on the development of Bentley's swimmers and divers:
Training Equipment: Replacement and upgrades for essential gear (kickboards, fins, pull buoys, etc.).
Team Swim Bags: Standardized bags to improve travel, organization, and team unity.
Pool Deck Branding & Banners: Enhanced branding and historical displays to strengthen team identity.
Video & Camera System ($5,000): Recording system for stroke and diving analysis to support athlete development.
Whiteboards: Mobile and wall-mounted boards to improve practice organization and communication.
Record Boards ($15,000): Updated, easy-to-maintain boards showcasing program records and achievements.
Starting Block Wedge Repairs: Maintenance to ensure safe, consistent starts.
Backstroke Start Wedges ($8,000): Upgraded wedges for improved performance and safety.
