As Coach Scarpa looks forward to the upcoming season, he's identified several goals and equipment needs that will have a significant impact on player development:
Coach-to-Player Communication System ($14,000): NFL-style tech to improve on-field communication.
Championship Rings ($325 each): Commemorate the team’s title with a lasting award.
Fueling Station Supplies: Snacks (sports drinks, protein bars, etc.) to support early-morning practices and keep athletes fueled.
Distractor Net: For QB and kicking drills.
Agility & Contact Equipment: 6 agile bags, 4 pop-up bags, 4 contact vests, and 3 hand shields for skill development and safe contact.
JUGS Machine ($3,000): To enhance catching and increase reps.
