Think back to your days in the dorm… meeting your roommate for the first time… connecting with your future spouse… late nights with friends… solving the world’s problems.
Join alumni, faculty, staff, family, and friends for our 10th annual Giving Day. This year’s theme is Res Hall Rehab, with funds raised going to renovate Whitney Hall. We'd like to extend a HUGE thank you to two anonymous alumni from the 1970s who are starting us off with a $150,000 dollar for dollar match. Whitney is one of the college’s five “64 halls,” and the first to undergo a total makeover as part of our strategy to raise the standards of ALL the residence halls.
With your gift, help us rehab one of the signature gateways to the residential side of campus.
Make your gift, maximize your impact:
Beloit has always been and will always be student-centered, and that begins with the spaces our students call home. Your support this Giving Day helps the next generation of Beloiters, who will also share the gifts that only a Beloit College experience can provide.
How to show your support:
- Make a gift to help us reach our goal of 1,100 donors. You can choose to make a one-time gift, or set up a recurring gift to give automatically each month. Gifts of all sizes make an impact for our current and future students.
- Inspire others by sharing why you give to Beloit and posting words of encouragement and memories of your time at Beloit on social media using #BeloitCollege, #GivingDay, and #ResHallRehab. You can also email your memories (and photos!) to us at alumni@beloit.edu.
- Create a matching gift or challenge to encourage other Beloiters to give.
- Check back throughout the day for live updates and watch your gifts grow.
- If you would like to make a Giving Day donation with a stock gift, IRA distribution, or from a DAF, please see details here, or email gift@beloit.edu.
- If you prefer writing a check rather than giving online, please send your check to:

Thank you for your support!
Your outstanding generosity will help transform Whitney Hall, enriching the Beloit experience for our students. Thank you for paving the way for the next generation.
P.S. Idaho! Just in time!

We just got a new challenge from Bob Hunter'76, who will give $12,000 to Res Hall Rehab if we meet our donor goal. Just shy of four hours to go! Help us unlock Bob's gift! Every gift size counts!

Every contribution counts. No matter the size, your gifts are the reason Beloit College continues its legacy. Let’s keep it going.

Donald Kent, Emerson Hall Resident Manager, 1977, was thrilled to have his previous match met, so he added a second round. Thank you, Beloiters!
There are still many other matches and challenges, too. Thank you all for your participation and generosity.

A SECOND anonymous alumni couple from the early 70s are offering to match $100,000 dollar-for-dollar. Thank you! Let's keep the momentum going, Beloiters.

Beloiters have already met a $150,000 match, so the two generous anonymous alumni from the 1970s are offering ANOTHER $50,000 dollar-for-dollar match. Let’s go!
