The Annual Fund empowers Baldwin to explore innovative educational approaches. We foster growth and innovation through transformative spaces like the upcoming Center for Research and Innovation at Baldwin (CrIB), set to open in January 2025.

- Arts & Athletics - We look for new ways the arts and athletics programs can be expanded to help our students be more rounded, healthy and connected to who they are.
- Education Research & Design - In order to continue to push our boundaries and provide our students with forward thinking educational opportunities, we must bring innovative research and ideas that broaden the learning process.
- Community Engagement - We wish to build on the success of previous programs to continue to create opportunities for educators island-wide.
- Scholarship Program - A world class education offered to talented, deserving students with limited financial resources. All of our students learn from each other's experiences, providing different perspectives and approaches to learning, problem solving and life.
- BWN's Greatest Needs - Change is constant and we must have dynamic approaches to the ever-evolving needs of the school to be able to prepare our students for the future.
