What is Student Veteran Services?
App State is dedicated to empowering the success of student veterans and military-affiliated students. With more than 360 enrolled student veterans and hundreds more military-affiliated students, the university’s Student Veteran Services provides a variety of resources to these students, including personalized career counseling, mentorship and first-year seminar classes designed especially for student veterans.
What is the Continuing the Mission Fund?
The Continuing the Mission Fund provides invaluable resources and support to military Mountaineers as they transition from military service into the higher education environment, equipping them with the tools they need to succeed. Your gift to this fund honors the service of our military-affiliated students, helping them meet their personal and educational goals while continuing to serve their communities.
