What is Student Success?
Student Success is dedicated to the promotion and support of learning for all students. This initiative benefits multiple programs and services designed to help students achieve their full potential, including the Student Learning Center, College Success Seminar, student success courses/workshops/programming and the University Writing Center.
Our mission is to empower App State students in the development, commitment and accomplishment of their academic goals by providing a nurturing and supportive environment to help students thrive.
What is the University College Fund?
As the home of App State’s General Education program, the University College plays a key role in laying the foundation of the App State Experience for every Mountaineer. By helping students achieve the essential learning outcomes of a liberal education, with an emphasis on reflective, life-long learning, the college helps prepare students for success both during the rest of their time at App State and beyond. Your gift to the University College Fund provides crucial resources to students, faculty and staff in the college, equipping them for a lifetime of success.
