The Office of International Programs believes global learning should be within reach for every App State student. Through study abroad, international partnerships, and other global opportunities, we help students gain the knowledge, perspective, and confidence to succeed in today’s world. These experiences can be transformative, especially for students who may never have imagined traveling abroad.
App State is a national leader in education abroad, ranking #2 among peer institutions for short-term faculty-led study abroad participation and #4 for overall study abroad participation, according to the director’s Giving Day letter. Gifts to our office directly support scholarships that make these opportunities more accessible to students with financial need.
