The AUWCL Equal Justice Foundation (EJF) is a student-run organization dedicated to closing the justice gap for most vulnerable members of our community. EJF provides stipends to Washington College of Law students who take unpaid summer internships with public interest organizations in the United States and abroad. Since it was established in 1989, EJF has given out over 1,000 stipends, growing each year with the support of the WCL community. Through EJF our students are able to deliver critical services to underrepresented members of our community, while gaining valuable experiences in the public interest sector. Your gift will help provide a stipend this year to a student taking an unpaid summer internship in a public interest organization.
