The American Constitution Society for Law and Policy (“ACS”) at AUWCL is part of a national network of progressive lawyers, students, judges, scholars, and elected officials working toward a truly representative democracy. Our events help law students learn how to (1) build and lead a diverse legal community that defends democracy, justice, and equality; (2) secure a government that serves the public interest; and (3) guard against abuses of law and power.
ACS empowers and connects our members across the country throughout their legal careers. We use our national network and D.C. legal community to connect law students with mentors and lawyers who are doing legal work that champions what matters!
