About AIC Women's Rugby – AIC Gives ’26

AIC Women’s Rugby is a nationally rising program committed to developing high-performing student-athletes within a culture of accountability, professionalism, and pride. Following back-to-back undefeated seasons and multiple NIRA Division II championships, the program has earned promotion to compete at the highest level—NIRA Division I—beginning in 2026.

Built on values of discipline, resilience, teamwork, and leadership, our student-athletes compete against top programs across the country while preparing for success beyond the field. Through structured training, leadership development, and a strong team culture, AIC Women’s Rugby provides an elite experience that challenges our athletes to grow academically, athletically, and personally.
