The Greek chapters at Alma College strive for academic excellence. On average, the Greeks maintain GPAs above the average student GPA - thanks to each chapter's dedicated scholarship chair to ensure chapter goals are met and members are successful in and outside the classroom.
In addition to excelling academically, our 10 chapters are made up of student leaders, athletes, members of choir, band, theatre, and have representation in nearly all of our clubs and organizations. Being Greek doesn't just mean being part of a chapter; it means being a leader on campus and making a difference in the Alma community.
Each Greek chapter has a small housing unit to house members during the academic year. Chapter houses are open to all chapter members to hang out with their brothers and sisters, work on homework, and do other bonding activities. These houses are essential to the activities and success of the Greek chapters at Alma College.
The Fraternity and Sorority Life office looks forward to recognizing these donors at Homecoming and within the chapters.
