At UMass Lowell, it has been a long-standing tradition for our graduates to think bigger than themselves and to pay it forward in a way that helps future River Hawks thrive. You have a chance to join your 2026 classmates in leaving a legacy by making a donation to support what you care most about, whether it's the UML Food Pantry, the Student Emergency Needs Fund, your academic department, a student club, athletics, or any area on campus that made your college experience meaningful.
Get a White Tassel for Commencement
When you make a gift of $5 or more to support the area of campus you care most about, you will receive a white tassel to wear on your cap at Commencement as a symbol of your generosity and your support for future generations of River Hawks. Students wearing a white tassel will be recognized at Commencement during a special moment of appreciation.
