Greetings, Valkyrie Nation!
As summer 2026 winds down and our teams gear up for another exciting year, we're reminded just how much your support fuels EVERYTHING our student-athletes do - on and off the field. At Converse, we believe in developing the whole student-athlete - excelling in competition, in the classroom, and in life - beyond beyond graduation. We also believe that our student-athletes are BUILT TO REIGN. That kind of excellence only happens because of a community that shows up for our Valkyries, season after season.
During the 2025-26 academic year, we celebrated record-breaking grade-point averages for the department and many of our individual teams. In addition, our student-athletes achieved incredible athletic accomplishments throughout the year, including standout performances from student-athletes like Grace Davis, a national champion and two-time All-American; Halle Aho, a reserve champion in equestrian; and Devron Davis, a two-time All-American. Each of these student-athletes’ unprecedented success continues to elevate the Valkyrie legacy, and their stories reflect the determination, excellence, and heart that define Converse Athletics today.
