Javelina Pride - Javelina Honors

The Honors College provides a foundation for students to get the most out of their academic experience. Through undergraduate research, leadership development, community engagement, and global learning opportunities, Javelina Honors encourages students to expand their education beyond the classroom.

This year, the Honors College is working to expand access to study abroad opportunities for Javelina Honors students. Through an upcoming faculty-led study abroad program in Puerto Rico, students will have the opportunity to explore education and culture in a new environment while developing global awareness, adaptability, and intercultural skills that will serve them throughout their academic and professional lives.

Your support can help make this experience more accessible to our students. Funds raised through the Javelina Day of Giving will help offset costs associated with the Honors College study abroad experience, reducing financial barriers and allowing more students to participate in this opportunity.

Your gift, at any level, helps us provide Javelina Honors students with opportunities to learn, explore, and grow beyond the classroom while representing Texas A&M University-Kingsville beyond our campus.
