About

At Webster University’s Sargent Conservatory of Theatre Arts, we believe in more than just education — we believe in transformative experiences of excellence that launch young artists into the professional world. Our Senior Showcases and career workshops mark a critical turning point in the four-year journey of our students, offering them powerful opportunities to engage with top industry professionals, alumni, casting directors, agents and managers.

Each year, graduating students connect with industry professionals including agents, casting directors and alumni from across the globe. These encounters — both in person and virtual—provide vital opportunities to launch their careers with confidence and clarity.

To meet the demands of today’s industry, we’ve expanded our efforts to include a professional virtual showcase, allowing students to record high-quality digital reels and participate in remote meetings with leading agencies and casting offices. Our students have already begun building invaluable connections with professionals from A3 Artists Agency, Stewart Talent, CGF Talent, DDO Talent Agency, The Telsey Office, Tara Rubin Casting, Linda Lowy Casting and many more. These interactions are not just meetings — they are the seeds of lifelong careers.

When you invest in this campaign, you’re not just making a donation — you’re empowering the next generation of global artists. Your contribution directly supports studio time, coaching, travel, workshops and the creation of digital showcases. Whether large or small, your investment transforms lives, helping passionate, driven students take the final leap from education to professional success.

Join us in shaping the future of theatre — as a global citizen supporting excellence and opportunity.

Note: Any funds raised beyond this year’s showcase costs will be invested in the success of next year’s class.
