We launched this campaign on Friday, and in the four days since, the response has been outstanding.
We’ve crossed 25% of our $25,000 goal thanks to 47 donors giving over $7,100. And in case it wasn’t clear just how far-reaching Gene’s impact is, those donors hail from as far west as Montana, as far north as Minnesota, and as far east as Connecticut. In fact, there’s an unbroken line of represented states stretching from Texas to Florida and all the way up to Pennsylvania.
We can’t thank you enough for this great start. And it’s a testament to Gene’s legacy and the appeal of student support that over half of our donors came to us because another donor shared the campaign.
