National Society of Black Engineers

The National Society of Black Engineers is an organization dedicated to fulfilling our mission "to increase the number of culturally responsible black engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact the community". Through offering technical workshops designed to prepare students for successful careers and by hosting culturally enriching events that celebrate and explore the various backgrounds within our membership, NSBE supports the advancement of Black engineers who are equipped to lead and innovate in their fields while also contributing meaningfully to society.

The National Convention is always a highlight for our NSBE members. It offers invaluable workshops that enhance professional development, foster cultural awareness, and promote academic growth. They also create a strong sense of community among our members and provide students with essential networking opportunities at career fairs and corporate events. Many of our attendees have walked away with full-time job offers or internships thanks to these connections.
