GW SMHS Class of 1970 Scholarship Fund Update:

• Current fund balance: $22,535
• Amount needed to endow the fund: $77,465 (current reunion class goal)

To reach the endowment level of $100,000 the class goal is $77,465 - reaching this goal will allow the SMHS Class of 1970 Scholarship Fund to live on for generations to come.

Philanthropic support of the Class of 1970 Scholarship Fund in honor of your 51st reunion will mean so much to a future GW physician and the future of medicine as a whole.

It's an incredibly challenging yet powerful time to be a clinician. The pandemic has taken an immense toll on our nation's physicians, of which its full impact won't be realized for years to come. Nevertheless, as care teams across the nation struggle to meet the health care demands of our country, our medical students are eager to join the relief efforts.

But many of our students are dependent on the generosity of our alumni and community to get there!
