March 9 is Shepherd's third annual Giving Day!
For 24 hours, members of the Ram family will come together to support the programs, scholarships, and experiences that make Shepherd so special.
The goal is ambitious – to have at least 400 members of our community make a gift to Shepherd University in one day. This is double the 2021 goal! Please join us by making a gift to an area of Shepherd that you 💙.

Gifts made during Giving Day 2022 support everything that makes Shepherd unique: from the Shepherd Fund, which provides vital financial support for virtually every aspect of the Shepherd University experience, to helping a specific department and organization close to your heart.

And there are a few other challenges on tap:
Put your club or organization at the top of the GiveCampus leaderboard and earn a prize. The group with the most gifts will earn $250, and numbers 2, 3, and 4 will earn $100 each. All thanks to an anonymous donor.
See how every gift counts — no matter the size! All will help us reach the overall one-day goal of 400 gifts!
To support Giving Day by check, make the check payable to the Shepherd University Foundation and put Giving Day 2022 in the memo line. Mail it to the Shepherd University Foundation, PO Box 5000, Shepherdstown, WV 25443.

Dear Ram Nation,
The funding generated through our annual Giving Day campaign is paramount to enhancing the Shepherd University Athletic Club’s constant mission of supporting all our men’s and women’s athletic programs. This year the Shepherd University Athletic Club has a dollar for dollar matching donation challenge from the amazing and generous Scott and Linda Roach of $14,000, we are currently over halfway to our goal with more than $7,000 donated! Donate to the SUAC today to help us match the Roach's challenge!
After a successful fall and winter competition season full of playoff berths and now with spring competitions underway, Shepherd Athletics is in a very exciting time. While many of our athletic goals are achieved through on-field wins or excellence in the classroom, some of them require the assistance of Ram Nation to secure a positive result. We know that, with your backing, anything is possible.
Today is an exciting day for our campus and for our student-athletes, and last year’s achievement showed us that Ram Nation is set and ready to leave their mark on this campus. With your help and participation, I know this year’s campaign will be even more successful than last year. Thank you for enriching the lives of our student-athletes, coaches, and staff members through your involvement on this important day.
Go Rams!
