In recognition of National Nurses Week (May 6-12), this campaign aims to thank Villanova nurses for their role in protecting the health of our community while raising support to help future Villanova nurses. Donors have the opportunity to honor a Villanova nurse with their gift. If you provide an email address for your honored nurse, we will notify them of your gift following the campaign's conclusion. Every gift has a greater impact by helping to unlock challenge gifts for Villanova Nursing.
- When we reach 50 donors, we will unlock $10,000 for the College’s strategic initiatives from Jeannette and Brian Reilly P ’15.
- When we reach 100 donors, we will unlock $12,500 for Nursing PhD scholarships from Joyce Leparulo Maglione, PhD, ’78, P ’09, ’14, ’21.
- When we reach 250 donors, we will unlock $25,000 for the College’s strategic initiatives from Michele Aragno, CRNA, ’82, P ’17.

Your gift will help address the needs and priorities of the M. Louise Fitzpatrick College of Nursing including:
- Scholarships for students in graduate and undergraduate programs, so more Villanova nurses can further enhance the profession.
- Resources to enhance the simulation center to best prepare nursing students for their future careers.
- Research into the physical, mental and social effects on healthcare workers who have treated COVID-19 patients over the past year.

Louise Fitzpatrick College of Nursing! You helped us exceed our goal and, more importantly, honor our Villanova nurses for their role in protecting the health and well-being of others. This past weekend, we welcomed a new class of Villanova Nursing alumni. Among them were Miranda Barroqueiro ’21, Lily DuFour ’21 and Kate Murray ’21, who spent a portion of this past semester vaccinating patients in an underserved community. Your support helps to further enhance the training and experience of our Villanova Nursing students who, like Miranda, Lily and Kate, are igniting change in communities around the globe!
The extraordinary generosity and gratitude for our Villanova nurses was further amplified this National Nurses Week as the University announced a $2.5 million gift to Villanova Nursing. This gift builds on your impact as a supporter of the College and provides even greater opportunities for students.
